Product Description

    In 2018, Bahrain made orders with APK team for one sample submersible water pump to testing. In October 10, 2020, the second order about 16 sets deep well submersible water pumps to Bahrain.
    Our customer is working in water construction company, dipping well and install water pumps. He ordered water submersible pumps to compare in 2018 from five suppliers, then he chose APK pumps finally. Now, 16 pieces deep well submersible water pumps were delivered.
    We have exported submersible water pumps, including cast iron submersible water pump and stainless steel submersible pumps(such as SS304/SS316L/SS904L) to Bahrain, which is our main market now.

The cast iron submersible pump main part material as below:
1. The pump impeller, pump casing coupling part and motor casing is cast iron material.
2. The pump shaft is stainless steel material.
3. The bearing is graphite.
4. The winding is 100% copper with polyethylene insulation layer.
5. The rotor end ring is copper.
6. The stator casing is with 45# steel.
7. The stator is cold rolling silicon steel.

Testing: We tested each submersible water pump before delivery, such as dynamic and static balance testing, material analysis testing, casting testing, and submersible pump submerged in water for 48 hours to test leaking or not.Also we could send testing video, testing pictures, testing report.

Package: the well pump has 3 layers of packaging with 8mm special export wooden box. Shock absorption,moisture-proof package, standard export wooden case.
