Stainless Steel Submersible Pump

Stainless steel submersible pumps are entirely cast in stainless steel, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and compact design.
Stainless steel submersible pumps are suitable for seawater lifting, seawater desalination, well water lifting, irrigation systems, water supply systems, and the circulation and pressurization of clean water. They can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.
The stainless steel submersible pumps are rust-free and do not pollute the water source, making them suitable for applications requiring high water quality. Material, flow rate, and head can all be customized.
Prior to delivery, we conduct comprehensive testing on each submersible pump, including dynamic and static balance tests, material analysis, casting inspection, and a 48-hour submersion test to verify watertight integrity. We can also provide test videos, photographs, and detailed test reports upon request.

Stainless steel submersible pumps is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, high-lift submersible pump for submersible work. 
The motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. Polyethylene insulated nylon sheath is used in motor winding, water-resistant electromagnetic wire is used, sand-throwing ring and skeleton oil seal are used in the upper pat of the motor to seal, so as to prevent leakage of internal and external media of the motor. The water pump is a vertical single-stage,multi-stage centrifugal closed impeller, and the guide shell conveys liquid.
In order to solve the problem of different application scenarios and different pumping media, Our pumps are available in Cast iron, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316 L, Duplex SS, SS 904 L.

We test each Stainless steel submersible pumps  pump before delivery, such as dynamic and static balance testing, material analysis testing, casting testing, and submersible pump submerged in water for 48 hours to test leaking or not.
